Planet Hollywood Las Vegas a-List Card Membership Rules

 

You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in a-List Players Club membership. Valid photo identification is required.

 

By participating in the a-List players club members agree to accept all rules, terms and conditions set forth by Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

 

The A-List players club members are solely responsible for properly inserting their club card into a machine to become eligible for points, benefits and privileges. Table game players who wish to be
rated are responsible for presenting their card to the dealer or supervisor prior to playing any table game.

 

Points that remain unredeemed after 18 months of inactivity will be forfeited and eliminated.

 

Members are responsible for notifying the a-List players club of all name or address changes in person or in writing.

 

Valid photo iD and an a-List players club card with a name that matches the iD will be required to redeem points, special offers and gifts. A valid photo iD may be requested at any time to verify club
membership.

 

Planet Hollywood resort & casino team members are not eligible to participate in the A-List
players club.

 

Errors in point awards or tabulations are void.

 

Membership in the A-List players club is a privilege granted by Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and may be refused, canceled or revoked at any time at the discretion of Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

 

Unredeemed points shall be forfeited and eliminated upon cancellation or revocation of membership.

 

Management reserves all rights to change or cancel the A-List players club at any time without prior notice. use of the A-List players club card indicates acceptance of the rules of the A-List players club.
