Las Vegas City Hall has a historic walking tour, displaying such items as Mayor Oscar Goodman bobble heads, a 1959 map of the city and the 1923 city budget. Ask the city clerk for a brochure for the self-guided tour. City Hall is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, except holidays, at 400 Stewart Ave. Tour is free.

Fall of Atlantis - The gods unleash their wrath in this animatronic extravaganza of epic proportions. Fire, water,smoke and special effects tell the tale of Atlas, Gadrius and Alia, who struggle to rule the legendary undersea city. Surrounded by a 50,000-gallon saltwater aquarium, the mythical sunken continent rises and falls before your eyes. Shows are daily on the hour beginning at 10am till 11pm

Festival Fountain - Experience the morning sun and evening stars in a sky that changes from day to night and back again. Then see Bacchus, Venus, Apollo, and Plutus regale visitors with a magnificent sound, light, and laser show daily. Shows are daily on the hour beginning at 10am till 11pm

The Aquarium - The Atlantis Aquarium is a 50,000-gallon, saltwater tank shaped like a horseshoe located at the north end of Caesars Palace's Forum Shops. This thank houses more than 500 colorful tropical fish, including zebra sharks and cow nose rays.

Visit at 1:15pm or 5:15pm to watch the aquarists feed the fish during dive. You may even want to take a below-the-scenes guided tour of the support facilities (Monday - Friday at 3:15pm )

Las Vegas Springs Preserve Designed to show Las Vegas' past and provide a glimpse of a sustainable future opened in June 2008.

Located 3 miles west of downtown Las Vegas on U.S. Highway 95 at Valley View Blvd. (across from Meadows Mall Shopping center.

Admission: There is a fee to enter the reserve but entry is free to the eight acres of demonstration gardens and 1.25 miles of trails winding through an area named the cienega.
