What does a AAA Five-Star Award mean?

According to Nevada AAA, a AAA Five-Star award translates into the "ultimate in luxury and sophistication." In order to receive the coveted Five Diamond award, hotels must meet a list of stringent criteria evaluated by AAA trained professionals. These professionals judge hotels based on the following criteria, the exterior of the hotel, public areas, guest rooms, bathrooms and amenities.

Open 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. for breakfast, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and 6 to 10 p.m. for nightly dinner. Seating: 120 indoors, 35 alfresco. Firenze Lobby Lounge – A relaxed sitting room providing panoramic views of the lake, the lounge features lunch and all-day dining as well as Afternoon Florentine Tea on Saturdays and Sundays. In the evening, the lounge offers a selection of cocktails, premium liquors, fine wines and champagne. Open from 11 a.m. to midnight.

Galileo Bar – Featuring premium cocktails, fine wines and champagne, the Galileo Bar also features an all-day dining menu and morning coffee. Service is available from 5 to 7 a.m. and from 11 a.m. to midnight.
