With your card you will be recognized and rewarded at all four Boyd Gaming Casinos with the type of privileges you clearly deserve. Use your card every time you play at Sam's Town, Gold Coast, Suncoast or The Orleans.

 

As you play, you'll earn points redeemable for Boyd Gaming properties rewards. The more you play, the more points you earn. As a table player you'll earn your way to a higher tier. Note: All benefits, including tier points are based on a guest's rated level of play. Rated play varies by machine/game type, denomination, average bet and length of play.

What has changed since Club Coast became B Connected?

 

You will be glad to know that previous holders of the Club Coast Players Club Card will keep all earned benefits and club points they've previously earned under the Club Coast program. In addition:

 

1) Members will now have six months to qualify for a promotion to "Sapphire" or "Emerald" level, up from three months under Club Coast.

2) Reel slot machine players will receive double credit toward their card score, and this is used to determine a promotion to Sapphire or Emerald level. Table games players will also receive accelerated credits.

3) Members of B connected Players Club will enjoy several additional new benefits, including priority slot service, advance purchase of show tickets, and special gifts upon achieving Sapphire and Emerald level.

Best Room Rate Tier is a new benefit added to all three B Connected card tiers, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. With this benefit, you can now receive automatic discounts for rooms booked online. Blue Chip in Michigan City, Indiana; Par-A-Dice in East Peoria, Illinois; Sam's Town in Tunica, Mississippi; Treasure Chest in Kenner, Louisiana; Delta Downs in Vinton, Louisiana; and Sam's Town in Shreveport, Louisiana.

B Connected Players Club Policies

 

Membership is free and void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

Members must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid unexpired government issued photo ID to participate in the B connected Players Club program and for all B Connected Program transactions.

 

If a player is not a U.S Citizen, a current passport or alien registration card is required.

 

Only one member per account. Membership and all associated benefits are non-transferable.

 

Duplicate B connected Players Club cards may be issued with proper identification. Boyd Gaming is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

 

All redemption transactions require the cardholder to present valid, current photo identification.

 

Management reserves the right to delete account balances after 12 months of inactivity as allowed by State law.

 

Management reserves the right to adjust point balances resulting from malfunction, operator error or fraud. Decisions made by management are final and binding.

 

Membership in B connected Players Club may be revoked or cancelled at any time without notice at the discretion of management..

 

Misuse of B connected Players Club or benefits will result in forfeiture of card and membership.
