Las Vegas is one of the few cities that go out of it's way to cater to it's locals. Most hotels, casinos, malls and restaurants, from time to time will offer deep discounts to Nevada locals.
If you are one of those privileged people with a valid Nevada driver's license, State of Nevada government-issued identification card or Nevada Sheriff's Card, you are in luck. Those are the acceptable forms of identification to establish state residency.
Below is a list of discounts for Las Vegas residents. To take advantage of these Las Vegas locals discounts, all you have to do is present your Nevada identification card when purchasing your ticket.
Clark County residents with a valid ID can purchase one discounted High Roller ticket for more than 50% off the original price.
Adult tickets are $13.00 during the day and $18.00 for anytime tickets.
Youth between the ages of 13-17 cost $7.00 during the day and $12.00 for anytime tickets.
Kids 12 and under always ride for free.
Every Tuesday, join the newest party on the Strip, with live music, special offers, discounts, and 50 percent off High Roller tickets for locals all day on Tuesdays at The LINQ. (with a Nevada ID.)
Caesars Entertainment recently started charging for self-parking and valet parking at the following resorts: Caesars Palace, The Cromwell, Paris Las Vegas, Flamingo Las Vegas, Harrah's Las Vegas, The LINQ and Planet Hollywood(valet only at Planet Hollywood)
Parking for Nevada Residents:
Self-parking up to 24 hours is FREE* for guests with a valid Nevada driver's license.
To park, scan the barcode on the reverse side of your valid Nevada driver's license for entry and exit (you do not need to take a ticket)
The free self-park for locals offer is not applicable during special event pricing and does not apply to valet-parking
Vehicles parked for more than 24 hours will be charged the regular daily rate.
The Las Vegas Monorail offers discount tickets for Nevada residents.
These tickets are available at all of the Monorail's customer service ticketing offices and booths upon presentation of your valid Nevada driver's license, State of Nevada government-issued identification card or Nevada Sheriff's Card.

No you can't. Local discount are for locals only and 5 local ID's will be required to purchase 5 tickets.
My friend and I are Nevada residents. Can I pick up both of our tickets, if I present both ID's
