The District at Green Valley Ranch
Located next to the Green Valley Ranch resort
and connected to the casino by a pedestrian walkway, the district at Green Valley Ranch is an eclectic and charming street of shops and restaurants.
The District is the first metropolitan lifestyle center to open in the Las Vegas area and incorporates a northeast pedestrian-friendly “Main Street” ambiance with entrances to shops fronting a tree-lined street.
The first phase of The District is located on the west side of Green Valley Parkway features 50 fine shops and restaurants with eighty-eight flats and lofts located above
the shops. The second phase of The District is located directly across the street on the east side of Green Valley Parkway, and includes a Cheesecake Factory and Whole Foods Market, the world’s largest retailer of natural and organic foods.
Visitors can enjoy a complimentary trolley ride between the two phases. The District Trolley Company makes a round-trip approximately every 15 minutes.
