Fourth of July in Las Vegas is a day / week to celebrate. Marking the United States Independence Day, this day is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, picnics, and concerts.

 

Las Vegas loves celebration and the 4th of July is no exception. The party starts early in Vegas with hotel bars, casinos and pool parties are all decked out in patriotic decorations and many resorts competing to host the largest 4th of July fireworks show.

 

With 4th of July, 2014 falling on a Friday, expect the partying to start on Wednesday, July 2nd. However, I am hoping you planned ahead and got your flight tickets early because things get pricey and sell out fast during this US holiday. If you haven't, no worries, it’s not too late to find something if you search now. There are still some tricks you can use to get decent prices. Things you should know about 4th of July in Las Vegas

 

4th of July 2014 falls on a Friday. Expect the parties to start on Wednesday and last through the weekend.

 

The Vegas Strip will be crowded all evening with thousands of tourists and local residents looking for a Fourth of July holiday celebration.

 

Everything will be open. I mean everything. shops, casinos, bars, restaurants, buffets, attractions. You name it, it will be open on Independence day.

 

July 4th is summer time in Las Vegas, so expect daily temperature to hit the 100 degrees mark. Dress accordingly and drink lots of water.

This is one day you have to make dinner reservations. If you are going to any restaurant on the 4th of July either book ahead of time or be prepared to wait in line for a very long time.

Note: July 4th fireworks generally start shortly after sunset so please be advised due to the popularity of the fireworks show, it is best start out early in order to get the best viewing location.

 

Caesars Palace Las Vegas Fireworks Show

As part of Caesars Palace July 4th Celebration, on July 4, 2014 Caesars Palace Las Vegas, will have an Independence Day fireworks display. Fireworks by Grucci will be shot from the hotel's Roman Tower beginning at 9:15 p.m. The best views will be from the Las Vegas Strip at the front fountains of Caesars Palace.

 

Station Casinos - "Station Casinos' 2014 'We Love Locals' July 4th Fireworks Blast"

The Station Casinos Las Vegas 2014 fireworks shows will go off on the east and west sides of town at Green Valley Ranch Resort and Red Rock Casino Resort. The fireworks show will last appoximately nine-minutes.

I guess after much complaint Cesars realized that EVEYONE wants Fireworks on Jully 4th and not on Saturday, I can't confirm but I believe they are doing it on the 4th now.

no NY its not just you .. we are in Vegas every year that week for vacation and have only seen the fireworks at Ceasars once. Its the dumbest thing. And they don't advertise it either so you have to wade through millions of people that are waiting for fireworks that aren't going to happen ..
