What is Total Rewards and how does it work?
Total Rewards® is Caesars Entertainment award-winning casino loyalty program that lets you earn Reward Credits every time you play with your Total Rewards card at any casino that participates in the Total Rewards program. Play any game – slots, tables, or race betting at nearly 40 casinos across the United States and in Canada to build rewards in a single account. You can also earn Reward Credits for your entertainment purchases at participating outlets and participating locations. Keep your card inserted at the slot machine the entire time you play, or hand it to the dealer when playing table games.
Your Reward Credit balance is your comp balance, and can be used towards hotel stays, dinner comps, spa visits, merchandise, rounds of golf and more!. You'll generate a Reward Credit comp balance that you control and won't ever expire as long as you earn 1 Reward Credit every 6 months. And, based on your play, you'll receive offers in the mail for cash, hotel stays, meals and event invitations!
There are four distinct card levels with increasing service privileges at each of Caesars Entertainment casinos. Earn 4,000 Tier Credits within a calendar year (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31) to achieve Platinum status and increased recognition. Earn 11,000 Tier Credits to achieve the elite Diamond status. Diamond members are eligible for preferred reservations, express service, access to Diamond Lounges and exclusive invitations. Earn 100,000 Tier Credits to be eligible for the exclusive Seven Stars status (account must be in good standing) and the very best casino services and amenities

** Just remember to hand your Total Rewards card to the dealer or pit supervisor as soon as you sit down to play and ask to be rated. |
Poker Reward Credits are earned based on the type of game and how long you play |

For gaming activity, Bonus Reward Credits are earned as you play. You will earn Bonus Reward Credits based on your length of play, average bet and the type of game.
For entertainment purchases, every $1 you spend = 1 Bonus Reward Credit, and your 5th dollar becomes a Base Reward Credit, which also counts towards your Tier Score!
• $5 in entertainment spend = one Base Reward Credit
Does my Reward Credit Expire?
Yes, your Reward Credits expire 6 months since you have earned a Reward Credit. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to keep your credits valid, especially if you don't live in Vegas. According to Total Rewards rules, in order to extend the expiration date you must earn 1 Reward Credit and it must post to your Total Rewards account at least once every 6 months at any casino that participates in the Total Rewards program.
If you don't plan on visiting any casino that participates in the Total Rewards program with 6 months, your other option to prevent your credits from expiring is to apply for the Total Rewards Visa credit card* This card allows you to earn 1 Bonus Reward Credit for every $1.00 in purchases and keeps your Reward Credit balance active as long as you use it at least once every 6 months. The Bonus Reward Credits added to your Reward Credit balance do not count towards Tier Score or Tier Status. For more information please visit our web site at www.TotalRewards.com.
*The Total Rewards Visa credit card is only available for US residents.
